Dr. Christian Peralta

Dr. Christian R. Peralta is a general dentist with more than a decade of experience in dentistry. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of Nevada, Reno before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2013.

Dr. Peralta has a strong interest in modern dental technology and how it can improve the accuracy and efficiency of treatment. His work includes the use of CAD/CAM dentistry, digital scanning, CBCT imaging, and modern restorative materials. He is also drawn to more complex cases that require a comprehensive approach to treatment planning, considering the mouth as a whole rather than focusing on individual concerns in isolation.

He believes patients should understand what is going on with their teeth and why a particular treatment is being recommended. He takes the time to explain the options, along with the advantages and disadvantages of each, so patients can decide what makes the most sense for them.

Continuing education remains an important part of Dr. Peralta’s career. He regularly expands his knowledge in implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, digital workflows, and new dental technology.

Born and raised in Carson City, Dr. Peralta has strong roots in Northern Nevada. Outside of the office, he spends much of his free time with his wife and has interests in golf and photography. He also makes a point of supporting local Nevada businesses and staying connected to the community he grew up in.
